Mark ran in the Wasatch Back this year which is a 181 mile relay race from Logan to Park City. 12 runners make a team and each person runs 3 legs, which are from 3-8 miles and vary in difficulty. Sounds crazy? It is! Do they sleeps? Are you kidding? The motto is "Run. Drive. Sleep? Repeat." Most runners train for it all summer, but Mark got a phone call the night before to sub for a friend who couldn't make it. No problem, he conquered! And was very tired the next day. Is he crazy enough to do it next year? You bet! Check it out: http://www.ragnarrelay.com/wasatchback/index.php
Gorgeous scenery, too bad you don't get to see that at night! Careful of skunks and porcupines!
He didn't know anyone from his team until the day of.
Yeah, he's hot!
There were thousands of runners.
Every team had their own theme and decked out accordingly...
